Disney Housing Information
Program Participation Fee: $431 USD - this one-time, non-refundable fee includes:
Activities and Fees: $240 USD - helps support the administration, events and activities scheduled in the housing complex throughout the program.
Housing Fees: $191 USD - a portion of this amount will be applied to the participant’s housing cost during the first week of the program.
Weekly Housing Cost: $191 to $232 USD per week - depending on the type of the unit and housing complex.

The complexes are gated with on-site security.
All bedrooms are shared by two- three people. Living areas and kitchens are shared between everyone in the apartment. All apartments are non-smoking.
Paid by credit card at the time a student accepts their invitation to participate in the Academic Exchange Experience program.
Flamingo Crossing Village
Flamingo Crossings Village offers spacious 2 and 4 bedroom apartments. All apartments feature hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a flat panel TV and a free furniture package.
